Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email and tracking information will be provided. Delivery is usually 1-3 working days depending on the courier (Royal Mail). Orders placed after 3PM will be shipped the following day. 

Orders above £20 include free shipping within the UK.

Returns

You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon returning your order.

- Include the order ID in the parcel.
- All returns must be delivered to us within 60 days from the date of delivery.
- All items must be sent back to us in an unused condition, failing to do so means the return may not be accepted.
- Any return which has exceeded 60 days will not be accepted
- It may take up to 3-5 working days from the time of arrival for the return to be refunded.
- To exchange your item you need to return the item you do not want and place an order for the item you prefer
